Pirate Party

Today was the birthday party for Jacob (4) and Jill (2). It was a pirate theme! "Argg, Shiver me Timbers" I had so much fun. There were lots of kids to play with and many cool things to do. We made treasure maps and dug for treasure in the sand box. There was pirate songs and don't forget the cool cakes Uncle Jeff made. I had so much fun I feel asleep on the way back home! Lunch in bed

My first lunch in bed. It was so much fun to have a special day to eat in bed.

New baseball glove

It's spring time and Mama says that spring time is the start of baseball season! So here I am practicing my skills! I'm getting much better at throwing with just a bit of practice. And I love the purple and white set that Mommy picked out for me.

Uncle John comes for a visit

I'm so lucky! Uncle John is in the area for some work things. He comes over to get a hot meal and I'm lucky enough to have him read me my bed time stories while he's here! Yeah. I love Uncle John

So I'm still perfecting the matching part ... but look, I'm set for all seasons. I'm even wearing snow boots too!

New Playground

The apartment complex, Windsor at Harper's Crossing, just put in a new playground. It has been so much fun to check out during the nice warm spring days we've had. But most of all I love meeting new friends, the pool will be opening soon and we can go to that too! Yippie

My weekly work out

This is the gym I take Mommy to once a week. I get a good work out and have met some nice new friends.

Grandmum visits me

Today, Grandmum came for a visit. I have a wee bit of a cold from all the funky weather, so we didn't go anywhere exciting. I did get to show Grandmum all my toys and take her for a walk around the apartment complex. Grandmum read me stories and played with my princess dolls. It was great day. I'm glad we live so close so we can do this more often.

Friends

I had a visit with Cassy and Miss Kelly today. They were really fun and they brought me a cool new summer outfit and swim suit. And my favorite a new doll that I named Dolly.

We went out to dinner together and I picked out my outfit to wear. Here I am posing for the pictures of my fantastic outfit.

Fine Motor Skills

I'm still perfecting on my fine motor skills. I spent a long time working on these sewing cards. It was pretty cool and I was good at thinking outside the box for this project.

Short trip to the Big City

OK, so this isn't my best side ... but you should be able to tell I'm in New York city. See the empire state building behind me. We went to an expo in NYC for the afternoon. Mommy and Mama said we'd come back soon, so we didn't hit any of the NYC highlights. I had a great time at the Expo and everyone thought I was sooo cute. I got lots of cool things too.

Spring time

Spring is trying to come out. The weather gets a bit warmer and then a bit colder. When it's nice enough, I go out side and play different things. Some times I ride my scooter, some times I take my dolls for a walk, and today I decided to play football. I had a load of fun too!

April Fools! I'm really good at pretending to read, but I'm not reading yet! Just thought I'd get you thinking about how smart I'm becoming!

Rainy day

Today was a rainy day -- but the weather was in the 60's (F)! It was wonderful to go on a puddle hunt. First Mommy and I went to by new rain boots and a new rain coat. I was the hit of the neighborhood as I marched around looking for puddles to stomp in. I had to change my pants twice because they got so wet! The big puddles are the best!
