Pre halloween

We've been busy doing all the fun pre-halloween events. But mostly it's fun to wear all the fun outfits. Here's some of the photos. We've also been apple picking, to a scarecrow festival, and on a hay ride to name a few other fun fall events.

Paulus Farm visit

Mommy has a friend from a long time ago. She said that Ms. Amy and mommy went to kindergarten together. Well, thanks to the wonders of Facebook (I have more to say about FB.) Mommy and Ms. Amy reconnected and we decided to take a visit. We all piled in the car and headed to this cool farm where there were all kinds of animals and even two wonderful new friends to play with. Mommy, Mama and Ms. Amy had a great time chatting and catching up on old times, while I played with Wyatt and Ryder. It was a fun and exciting day and we all headed home exhausted. So here are some great photos from our fabulous day.

Graduated to level 2 swim class

I haven't been able to write much over the last 3 weeks because I have been really busy learning how to swim. I went to my swim lessons Monday thru Thursday and then we often stayed at the pool with a picnic lunch and time to play and practice my swimming.

Lessons were really fun and on graduation day they let us go down the big slide! What a treat. Mommy decided there was enough things to bring for a morning at the pool, so she often left the camera behind. Hopefully she'll be able to take some more photos as I move to Level 2 swimming next week! Yeah!

First day of swim lessons

By the way, I think better with my tounge sticking out to the side. (Just like my Mommy and Gramp!)

Aren't we cute?

Catching Lightning BUGs

It is the season ... to catch lightning bugs. I had to stay up past my bed time to catch them ... but it was worth it. I had loads of fun.

Philly Pride Parade

We enjoyed marching with the Philly Family Pride group in the Pride parade this year. I had a great time with my new friend Helen, passing out candy to all the deserving parade spectators. Campbell got her own sustenance during the parade as Mommy had to nurse on the go. I did get tired near the end of the parade, so I got to ride in the stroller and Mommy ergo packed Duncan for a while. Then we went to the family booth where I got my face painted like this cool kitty cat. We had a fun day, but we were all tired when we returned back home.

Testing out old clothes

I found this in Campbell's drawer, it used to be mine, so I tried it on. Humm ... did it shrink or did I grow? I wonder?

Out on the farm

We made another trek to the farm to pick Strawberries and snap peas. Another wonderful family day. Even C & D got to help! Watch out for Duncan's snoring! I loved showing Mama how it all worked. I had to tell her which color the strawberries should be before they were picked.

Cool in the Pool

First day at the community pool. I can't wait to have swimming lessons and become a better swimmer. I love jumping in and swimming around. It was a bit chilly, but Mommy says it will warm up as the weather improves.

Strawberry picking

We are part of a farm CSA this summer. Once a week we get yummy fruits and veggies and sometimes we can even go pick them. My buddy, Nicholas let us share a "share" with his family, so on top of all the yummy things to eat. I get to go to the farm with Nicholas and his family. Fun stuff. Here was our first trip strawberry picking. What you can't see is all the mud and dirt on us and all the strawberry juice on our faces. We had a great time.

Yardley Memorial Day parade

One of the cool things about living in a small town is going to the parade and running into all our neighbors. We sat on the hill side to watch the parade with our friends and neighbors. It was a blast. My favorite part (beside the ice cream) was the band and the Irish dancing group. Mommy spotted a lacrosse league that looked fun too. Campbell feel asleep in the cool shade Mama provided. The photo here is of Nicholas and I dancing to the high school marching band.

Visiting baby Jacqueline

Today I finally got to see baby Jacqueline. She was so cute and tiny. I can't believe that Campbell and Duncan were once that small. Most of all I enjoyed play time with Jacob and Jill, but I did take some time out to appreciate the smaller Millers -- Joshua and Jacqueline.

Watching the News

Apparently, the nightly news has universal sleep appeal. I must have played really hard today - look how tired I was. I feel asleep on the couch while Mommy was watching the evening news.

Family Fun night

Tonight I took the whole family to my school for family fun night. I got to introduce Mama to my cool teachers and to my school friends. They also had fun things for us to do. There was a petting zoo as well as face painting, cotton candy, and lots of play on the play ground. I was very good at holding the baby chicks. It was fabulous.

Pride Weekend Tea Dance

Oh my did I have a blast! We went to a special family tea dance for kids with two mommies or two daddies (and combinations there of). It was so much fun. I loved dancing and playing the games. Mommy and Mama even got Campbell and Duncan out on the dance floor too. I'm learning a new line dance in this photo. I loved the chicken dance and the hokie pokie the best. Harper also made the local paper. http://www.buckscountyherald.com/~New%20Hope%20celebrates%20annual%20pride%20parade.pdf

New Cousin

My new cousin, Jacqueline Miller was actually born yesterday morning. I wasn't allowed to go into the hospital with Mommy to see Aunt Jenny and baby J. So I sent Mommy in with the camera and demanded that she come back with photos. Mommy said we'd go to P-burg soon so I can see baby Jacqueline.

I have so much fun with these guys. They make me laugh and laugh and laugh. They are also really good at playing dress-up, drawing, and reading me my French books.

Don't we look cute in our coordinated outfits? Duncan is always so quick to smile for the camera - or anyone. Campbell is a bit more reserved. We are so cute ... Mommy said so!

Play Day at school

Today was play day at school. We got to spend the first half of the school day on the playground. We had time in the sand box and at the water table. We had to dress for the sunny weather too. Those are my buddies already at the water table. There are only a few more weeks of school before we are off for the summer. I'll miss my friends and hope that we'll be able to connect again in the fall. Then I will go to school two times a week.

Bike ride

We took advantage of the sunny weather today to go for a nice walk and bike ride. I love my like-a-bike and everyone talks about it. I'm really good now. C & D enjoyed the walk in the stroller too.

Mother's Day Work

Today was Mother's Day and around the yummy BBQ, special cake and presents. Mama and I worked on my clubhouse. We are turning a small bonus room into a cool clubhouse for me and my friends. I guess some day I will have to let C&D play too. So far we've been busy with new lights and electric then today we added a nice little window. Mama was a bit nervous about putting a hole in the side of the house ... but it turned out great! We'll work on the next step in another week or so.

Campbell and Duncan Update

Even though this is my blog, Mommy suggested that my fans might want to hear a bit about my siblings, Duncan and Campbell. I love being a big sister and my favorite part right now is making them both laugh. I can get them both giggling and laughing -- it even makes Mommy and Mama laugh too.

Campbell and Duncan turned 4 months old on April 26th. At their well baby check up Duncan weighed 17 lbs 9 oz and Campbell weighed 16 lbs. They have just started rolling around and both like to turn themselves in a circle but neither one is scooting around yet.
