Here I am trying Kiwano fruit. Sounds interesting right? Check out the photos to see what I think after tasting it.

Please Touch Me Museum

OK -- so I've been to the coolest museum ever! It is not like that stuffy one we went to in Greece, where everything was so old and I wasn't allowed to touch anything ... I could and did touch it all. It was so much fun. We met my new friends Griffin and Jove and their Mama there. Mommy took a zillion cool pictures, but I'll only post a few here. Below I'm actually running in a giant hamster wheel! Arts and crafts with Griffin and Jove.
Getting ready for my teenage rock band days!
Of course Mommy had to pose Duncan and Campbell for some cute photos too.

I hope we go again soon.

Sheep Shearing

Yes -- spring has sprung and it's time for colonial events in and around our neighborhood. This week it was a sheep shearing in Washington's Crossing. Of course I went with my buddy Nicholas. He is so much fun to do things with. We played with really old games, watched a sheep get it's spring hair cut, checked out a really old house, with some old time cooking displays, and of course played with an adventure of our own imaginative making. When also went to a tall tall tower to take a look around! It was awesome but the best part was the cool stairs that we had to walk around and around! I loved it. Below is a picture of N and I showing off the cool wool bracelets we made. See I'm holding one of those old, old games -- jump rope. This is a family photo from the top of the tall, tall tower. All photos of courtesy of Ms. Michele, since Mommy left her camera at home for this trek.

Cooking Class

So way back in March, I took a cooking class with my buddies Nicolas and Sarah ... again Mommy forgot to bring the camera so we got these photo from Ms. Michele. I had a good time at the class, but the best part was when the three of us got shopping carts and were let loose in Whole Foods!

Philly Zoo

Today was Gay Day at the Philly Zoo. It was the first nice weekend of spring too -- so the zoo was a bit crowded. We packed up the whole family and went to meet new friends. We had a great day. I met a new friend Helen at while we were eating lunch. She was pretty cool and we enjoyed playing together. My favorite part of the whole trip (besides the ice cream and the new friend) was giving the goats a good brushing. I liked brushing even more than I liked feeding these little guys. Mama went inside with me while Mommy and the twins watched. Here I am getting friendly with the baby tigers too!
Mommy tried to get us all looking the same direction - this is the best photo of the bunch.
Here I am on an Elephant hunt. See a Mommy and baby just behind me -- they are so cute and stand so very still.
Mommy found the real thing and gave me a lift to see over the crowds.

More Yard work

Easter photos

Easter

We had such a busy weekend that I forgot all about the Easter bunny! So I was thrilled to see my Easter basket filled with eggs and other cool stuff. Campbell and Duncan had baskets too. I checked them out before they even woke-up. Hoppy Easter

Uncle John and Aunt Helene

Making Easter Eggs

The art of Easter egg dying is a true skill. I had a great time dying Easter eggs at my friend Nicholas' house. We did it with rice and natural food coloring. It was lots of fun! We made some more with this cool machine at our house one night. You gently put the egg in the spinner machine, then you press the big yellow button and the egg goes round and round in the dye. It makes for a really cool pattern on the eggs. I liked the multi-colored ones the best. Here is my finished plate of eggs. We plan to take all these eggs to Grandmum's house for the big Easter Egg Hunt tomorrow.

Yard work

We've been doing a bunch of yard work since spring is in the air. We planted lots of things around the yard including raspberries, sun flowers, and pink and purple flowers. Part of the process included getting some dirt delivered. It was really cool, I waited for the big truck to come to the drive way and dump all the dirt. Then I climbed to the top - Queen Harper. And slid down the hill on my belly. I had the best time. I also really enjoy looking for worms and naming them. Then I let them go in the raspberry patch. I think I really like spring!
