Finally after all the chatter about our great house ... it's our time to start the move in process! The house was all ours starting August 1st, but Mommy and Mama decided to have some work done before we started moving in. The hard wood floors were refinished and they are pretty spiffy now! Then we started moving in things from storage and from the apartment. In between we've done a bit of painting, some work on the yard (resulting in Grandmum and Mommy dealing with poison ivy), and plenty of organizing.
I got to pick the color of my room, of course I picked purple! I even have a cool section of the wall that is a chalk board. I'm still waiting for Mommy to finish making the curtains, so I can post a respectable photo of my cool room here. I even have moved into a big girl bed. I love it!
Other house projects to come are some work in the attic and a new bay window in the living room. Stay tuned.
Thanks to all the folks who helped out during the move. At various stages we had Grandmum & Gramp, The Millers, Ms. Kelly, & Cassie.
